As promised, I took a shot from my front porch today to compare to the picture uploaded yesterday.
In my previous post, the picture was taken right around Halloween. Ideally, I thought I could capture how depressed everything looks today, but it’s not nearly as dramatic as I had thought it would be.
So really, the only depressing thing I’ve managed to show is how clever I thought I could be and how utterly obvious it is to everyone that I am a horrible observer of seasons. Not to mention a pretty crappy photographer.

It is a snowy slush today in New England so even your depressing picture looks warm. But really I don’t mind the cold. I like the changes of seasons I get up here as opposed to Texas.
